Participant at the 47th Conference in 2022

There is so much content and so little time to absorb it all. Lucky there are reruns and, despite that, there's so much content that we can't see it all. Thank you for this variety!

Participant at the 47th Conference in 2022

Congratulations on the organization, the schedule was respected, the technical assistance for each workshop, brilliant, and the choice of speakers, the English counterpart, the variety of subjects, we are spoiled for choice! Very interesting to be able to watch the desired conferences later. Really, congratulations for everything, it was a wonderful conference that enriches my practice!

Participant at the 47th Conference in 2022

It is impossible for us to determine the number of hours of training that will subsequently be viewed by the participants.

How will I be able to log in?

You will receive an email in the days preceding the event with all the information and access necessary to connect and follow the conferences online.

Can I have access to replays, even after the deadline?

I am registered for the Conference, do I have to choose a conference? When will I receive my access?

Our team is actively working on the final preparations to facilitate your virtual participation in the event. You will receive an email with your conference access on Monday, March 20.

Check your inbox by the morning of March 22 to make sure you've received the access. Remember to check your junk if the email does not appear in your inbox.

I don't have access to the sessions, what should I do?

STEP 1: TRY AGAIN TO LOG IN TO THE CONGRESS ACCESS PAGE

As a first step, please try again to connect to the Conference access page by clicking on the following link:

https://institutta.webflow.io/48th-annual-conference-access.

You will need the access code that you received by email.

You can again select the session of your choice by clicking on the "Access the session" button. The connection may have failed the first time due to too many participants clicking on the same session and coming to ZOOM at the same time as you. Feel free to try again after 1 or 2 minutes.

If this first step does not work, move on to the next one.

STEP 2: CONTACT A TA INSTITUTE TEAM MEMBER FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE

If, for any reason, the previous step does not work, you can contact directly by email to receive immediate assistance: priscille.ouana@institutta.ca

In addition, please note that the majority of the sessions will be available for replay until April 30, 2023. Therefore, in the event of force majeure, you will still be able to access the replay of the missed sessions.

I don't have my access code, what should I do?
